Yes, it’s Yes, it’s that time of year again!  While most of the world was watching the ball drop on New Year’s Eve, design fanatics like us were eagerly anticipating the press release from Pantone.  And here it is:  Tangerine Tango.  What do you think?

It’s supposed to pick up where last year’s positive and uplifting Honeysuckle Pink left off, but this year, we are on fire!  This reddish orange tone exudes energy in a damatic and seductive way.  It combines the power and excitement of red with the radiant warmth of yellow to give us a truly provocative and eye-catching color.

When it comes to interiors, this color will spice up any room design.  It can be used on an accent wall, or incorporated into a variety of patterns in fabrics, rugs and wall paper.  It will be seen in other home  accents as well: bowls, vases, lamps, and of course, art.  SO – are you inspired yet?
